2. Legal Framework and Scope
This policy is governed by Statutory Law 1581 of 2012, Regulatory Decree 1074 of 2015, and other applicable Colombian regulations. It applies to all personal-data databases managed by Lagorithme SAS originating from sales prospects, clients, and contractors.
3. Purposes of Processing
Lagorithme SAS collects, stores, uses, and deletes personal data for the following specific purposes:
- Website users and sales prospects:
- Responding to inquiries, requests, or quotes submitted through the web forms.
- Maintaining commercial and technical contact for the development of software proposals.
- Clients (task/ticket manager users):
- Enabling access to the management system through company codes.
- Processing, managing, and providing technical support for requests and projects assigned to our team.
- Managing billing, accounts receivable, and obligations arising from the commercial contract.
- Contractors and suppliers:
- Formalizing the civil or commercial relationship.
- Making fee payments and tax reports required by Colombian law.
- Coordinating the assignment of operational tasks and evaluating compliance with the service provided.
4. Rights of Data Subjects
As the owner of your personal data, you have the right to:
- Know, update, and correct your personal data with Lagorithme SAS.
- Request proof of the authorization granted, except where the law exempts this requirement.
- Be informed about how your data has been used.
- File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of applicable regulations.
- Revoke your authorization and/or request deletion of your data when processing fails to respect legal principles, rights, and guarantees (provided there is no legal or contractual duty to retain it).
5. Procedure for Exercising Rights (PQRS)
Any request, complaint, or claim related to privacy must be sent to admin@lagorithme.com, under the responsibility of the company's Legal Representation.
- Inquiries: handled within a maximum of ten (10) business days. If that is not possible, the requester will be informed of the reasons and will receive a response within a maximum of five (5) additional business days.
- Claims (update, correction, or deletion): if the data subject believes the information should be corrected or deleted, the claim will be handled within a maximum of fifteen (15) business days. If that is not possible, the requester will be notified and will receive a response within no more than eight (8) additional business days.
6. Information Security
Lagorithme SAS implements the technical, human, and administrative measures necessary to protect personal data against alteration, loss, unauthorized or fraudulent access, use, or disclosure, including encryption and access controls across our systems and databases.
7. Validity
This policy takes effect upon its publication on August 14, 2026. Databases will remain in effect for as long as the information is kept and used for the purposes described, or for the period required by applicable accounting, commercial, and tax law.
